32 Washburn students traveled to New Your City to participate in the Model United Nations Conference representing Germany on March 6-10, 2025. Jeanne Dobson, Andy Groettum and Jason Jirsa supported them as they learned to solve world issues with students from around the world and represented Washburn in a really positive way! Some of the committee topics included Sustainable Development, Food and Agriculture, Disarmament and International Security, Peacekeeping Operations, Human Rights, Migration and Human Settlement, World Health, and Airport Security.
