All Washburn students & families should plan to come to Washburn on Thursday, 8/29!
2:00-4:30pm - Freshman Orientation for ALL incoming 9th grade students
2:00-3:00pm - Meet the Millers parent Q&A for new parents (all new families welcome)
4:30-6:30pm - Welcome Night for all students & families!
Welcome Night is a chance to see the wide range of activities that we offer. Students will get schedules, bus card applications (bus cards will be distributed on Friday, 9/13), and sign up for activities. All ninth graders should bring in their old Chromebooks and will get their new Chromebook if they have returned their Chromebook from last year. 10th-12th graders will use their existing Chromebooks. We look forward to seeing you there!
FYI: There is no formal supply list for Washburn students. 9th graders can bring a notebook, folder & pen on day one, but the Chromebook is the main tool they will need. Assignments are given via Google Classroom.
